Carlos Mangas, has his professional career of 22 years as a manager in Commercial Banking in Portugal, namely in Millennium BCP Bank, Barclays Bank, among others. Since 2013 he has developed his activity in the luxury real estate sector in the areas of Lisbon and Cascais.
